Preschool Tuition and Fees

A non-refundable $200 new student registration fee is due upon enrollment.  A re-enrollment fee of $100 is due annually for existing students.  The following programs are paid on a monthly basis, and the fees are as follows: 

 

18 Month and Two Year Old Program

Full Time 7:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F (year round)........................$700 per month

 

Three Year Old Program

Full Time 7:00 am until 6:00 pm M-F (year round)...................$700 per month

School Day 8:00 am until 3:00 pm M-F (year round)...............$660 per month

Part Time 8:30 until 3:00 MWF (school year)............................$500 per month

Part Time 8:30 until 3:00 TTH (school year)..............................$350 per month

 

Four Year Old Program

Full Time 7:00 am until 6:00 pm M-F (year round)...................$700 per month

School Day 8:00 am until 3:00 pm M-F (school year)...............$660 per month

Transitional K 7:00 am until 6:00 pm (school year)...................$700 per month

Part Time 8:30 until 3:00 MWF (school year)............................$500 per month

Part Time 8:30 until 3:00 TTH (school year)..............................$350 per month

 

  • All payments must be paid by automatic bank draft and are due no later than the 15th of the month.
  • A statement of tuition and student miscellaneous charges will be sent via email on or around the 1st of the month.
  • Any payment returned to Cross Schools will incur a returned payment charge of $25.00 and is subject to a late fee of an additional $25.00 if returned payment results in payment still due after the 15th of the month.
  • Stop payment and/or change requests will be subject to a $25 processing fee per occurrence. 
Kindergarten Tuition and Fees

$500 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of enrollment.  The remaining tuition balance may be paid in one of the following ways:

  • In full.  A balance of $8,400 is due on June 1.
  • Two partial payments.  Two equal payments of $4,200 each are due on June 1 and November 1.*
  • Ten monthly payments.  A payment of $840 is due on the first of the month June through March.*
  • Twelve monthly payments.  A payment of $700 is due on the first of the month June through May.*

*A tuition insurance premium of $222.50 is due with the first tuition payment.

A limited amount of financial assistance is made available to families demonstrating a financial need.  Application is made through the Independent School Association.  Certain restrictions apply. Acceptance of student precedes financial aid application. Families receiving financial assistance must apply annually for continued assistance.
