All Cross Schools families are asked to submit all required health information prior to August 1, 2022.

Cross families now have access to the Magnus Health requirements for your student(s) for the 2022-2023 school year, which can be found on the Cross Schools website.

All parents must submit the requirements no later than August 1st. This is an imperative function of our safety protocols and timely submission is vital so proper preparations can be made before school begins.

Requirements are completed when there is a green check mark next to them. A red "clock" indicates that action is needed by the parent. A yellow "triangle" means action is needed by Nurse Wendy. All forms must be uploaded electronically to your student's Magnus Health Account. If you have already submitted your child's immunization records, you may disregard any emails from Magnus Health specific to immunizations.  

With this web-based system, you will have continuous access to your child’s health and immunization records as well as the ability to make updates when needed to any health history or health forms.

Parents are strongly encouraged to use the Magnus Health mobile app, which is accessible through your family portal and allows requirements to be easily submitted from a smartphone or any smart device in just a few clicks. 

We’ve included an instruction sheet  and video tutorial  to review for further guidance on setting up the app on your phone.

Any changes to Parental Emergency Contacts (phone number or email addresses) in Magnus must be made through the school. Please Kristi Wheat if you need to update any contact information.
